Cancellation Policy or failure to pay

Please note that a cancellation fee of 5% of the final auction price will be charged if the winning bidder cancels the transactions or fail to pay with in 7 days.

Collection

Payment is due within 7 days of the auction ending and a storage charge of R50 a day is incurred for late collection, after 14 days without payment you will be charge a cancellation fee.

Auction Fee

A flat 5% Auction Fee is added to all bids. Please consider this fee when placing your bids.

Packaging cost

Pallet R50, Double wall box R30, extra packaging please inquire.

Warranty and support terms and conditions

·        Warranty Coverage: Xperien offers customers a warranty against misrepresented products, subject to the following conditions:

·        Form Completion: Customers must complete all required form fields for warranty claims.

·        Documentation: Customers must provide photos or videos showing the shipment condition at the time of delivery.

·        RMA Submission: RMA requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

·        Shipping Instructions: Customers must ship the product within 5 business days after receiving the return shipping label provided by Xperien.

·        Responsibility: Customers are responsible for returning all original packaging, labeling, and components.

·        Labelling: The RMA number must be clearly labeled on both the inside and outside of the package.
